5.2 Prohibited Activities: You may not use Ripplor for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.

6. SMS Communications

Consent to Receive SMS Messages: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Ripplor. Message frequency varies based on user interaction.

Opt-In and Opt-Out:

  • Users can opt in by entering their phone number on our website and agreeing to receive SMS messages.
  • Users can also opt in by texting START to +1 (608) 413-2043
  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will no longer receive further SMS communications.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.

No Mobile Number Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Termination

Ripplor may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

Ripplor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
